All sales are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy  in addition to the terms and conditions of this Return Policy; constituting a binding contract. The resale and/or export of merchandise not intended for commercial resale is a breach of contract. All sales and/or clearance items are considered FINAL sales and may not be returned and/or exchanged and/or merchandise credit.

 

 

Order Processing & Shipping
Based on demand, processing and shipment times may vary. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Products are shipped from Louisville, KY via USPS. Though estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated according to USPS costs (i.e. Priority Mail, flat rate, Priority Mail Cubic, weight, etc.).

Return Policy
“Quotables” is committed to customer satisfaction and offering products made with the best quality materials possible using state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. However, certain situations are beyond our control. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please see the instructions below for an exchange and/or merchandise credit for the product in question:

To return a “Quotables” product:

  • Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via [email protected] . Include with the RMA request: purchase date, product being returned, reason(s) why and indicate “exchange” or “merchandise credit” return status
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt
  • The RMA is to be clearly written on the outside of the return parcel

  • Products must be returned and/or exchanged 10 days of receipt of purchase
  • Returned products are limited to one exchange and/or merchandise credit
  • Please allow for up to four weeks to receive an exchange and/or merchandise credit
  • Merchandise credits will be based on original selling price of the product returned

Returnable products for exchange and/or merchandise credit only:

  • New condition and/or unworn and/or unused and/or unlaundered
  • Returned within original packaging
  • Products returned with an original receipt
  • “RMA” number clearly written on the outside of the return parcel
  • Returned products are limited to one exchange and/or merchandise credit
  • Shipping charges and processing costs for returned products are at the expense of the returnee

Nonreturnable products:

  • No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of purchase
  • Noticeable wear and/or use and/or poor condition and/or laundered
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Products returned without an original receipt will be returned to the returnee
